One guest described the location of this house as "cozy". We think: that hits! Although the villa is located close to the beach, here you have the feeling to stay away from tourism. The reason for this is that the beautifully styled house is hidden in a 5000sqm large eucalyptus plantation, from which you walk about 250 meters through a pine forest to the beach. Pure nature! This is the first plus.

The second advantage: Leaving the property in the other direction, Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance.

The third plus is this loving and tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor. In the entrance area there is a large terrace which makes a living room unnecessary for the guests in the summer; because it offers, immersed in the green of the environment, protection from wind and weather.

The house consists of 3 parts: This apartment is located on the ground floor aligned to the sea. Around the corner is a mini apartment, with is reserved for the sympathetic landlord, but during the summer season is almost never used. On the front at the upper floor, is the apartment number 551B. Additionally there is a "supply house" with an outdoor shower and a washing machine.
